Ildebrando is a white wine, obtained from Tuscan Trebbiano, Tuscan Malvasia, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes and produced by the Cantina di Pitigliano winery, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

The Cantina di Pitigliano started as a cooperative in 1954 and today the wines it produces are included in the best Italian wine guides such as Luca Maroni and Gambero Rosso.
Ildebrando is a Bianco di Pitigliano Doc Superior, firm and dry, obtained from 50% Tuscan Trebbiano, 20% of Tuscan Malvasia, 15% of Chardonnay and 15% of Sauvignon Blanc.
Organoleptic characteristics: the color is straw yellow with reflections on light green, the taste is dry with a slightly bitter aftertaste. At the smell it is delicate and fruity.
It goes well with fish, seafood appetizers, pasta dishes with light sauces, white meats and soft cheeses.
