Elba DOC white wine produced by Azienda Agricola Mola mainly with Ansonica grapes and small percentages of Procanico and Malvasia, vinified at controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel containers.
Characterized by an intense golden yellow color, white flowers scent, fresh savory taste and mineral.

The Ansonica is a native grape cultivated in Tuscany in the province of Livorno and mainly in the Island of Elba. The grapes are white and very sweet.
Ansora is produced with 85% of Ansonica and 15% of Procanico and Malvasia. It is vinified at controlled temperature and refined in stainless steel containers.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense golden yellow color. Bouquet characterized by notes of white flowers, with hints of broom and beeswax, savory taste with delicate acidity and light tannic sensation, with strong mineral notes characteristic of the vine.

Grapes: 85% Ansonica 15% Procanico and Malvasia
Synthetic data of the vineyard: the grapes come from vineyards belonging to different plants both in the plains and at the foot of the hills, all reared with pruned-spur cordon-trained. The average age of the plants is 15-20 years.
Yield: yield of grapes per hectare about 70 ql.
Winemaking technique: the different vines used come from different vineyards located partly in the hills and partly in the plains with fairly close ripening except for the ansonica, which ripens normally in the second half of September. The fermentation of all the musts takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The maturation took place in 25 hl stainless steel containers. until February when the two games are cut. It is bottled between March and May.
